We could not have asked for a better nights stay! The views off the balconies were spectacular! Everyone was very friendly and Jennifer at the front desk gave us great restaurant information, we took her suggestion and had a really good meal at Oscars! If we come back through we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Room was much bigger than I thought it was going to be. The negative star was because they didn’t have any wine in the entire hotel. I would have liked a bar. For the end of the day, after miles of hiking. The pool and hot tub were great tho!! The whole town was so beautiful!! It was very hard to leave! Will def be back!

A nice, in the middle of everything important hotel. In generally good ship, with hints of maintenance upcoming. Great customer service. Standard Hampton breakfast, although the quality of a couple items...gravy, pre-made cheese omelets, seemed low. Prices fit with the demand for the area. Study up on Zion Park rules before going.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast was good, Also, there is a Springdale bus stop next to the hotel entrance which is very convenient. The Springdale bus transports you to and from the park.

The team checking us in, Natalie and Jennifer were top notch. As a Hilton Honors member I have been in many hotels and the team up front was top tier. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful they were a great team. Your app could use some work as I said what I needed to in under 200 characters
