Very disappointed with the property. Checked-in to a room that had fans drying carpet, room smelled like cigarettes, ended up changing rooms. Renovation work was going on over night, front desk didn’t care, apparently hotel was sold out. Second night they closed the main lobby and restaurant for a private event without notification when booking or at check-in, I would have stayed at another property. I’m here on business and had a group meeting me for HH and dinner, very embarrassing for me to reschedule last minute as guests arrived. Completely unacceptable! “I’m sorry”I’ll add your complaint to the list or a handful of points to add to my 3.5 million doesn’t cut it. Read less

I was there on business for two TikTok events and also to be able to work out of my room I booked an executive king they sold my room. They also tried to put me in a molded room manager comped charges. I thought everything was OK then front desk on purpose out of spite put charges back on my card. I will never stay at Hilton‘s and I’m not through. I’m going to report the mold issue and I’ve already contacted my bank and I’m warning people. Stephen is ignoring messages after he gave me his number and told me to call if there were any issues. The manager at the front desk she is the issue and she’s making all management look stupid. They have a hold on my card now. Promise $400 for no reason I have all of my paperwork / receipt I owe zero. Read less

I participated in the PVA National Convention held at the Hilton Austin from the 11th - 17th of May 2025. From day one, the entire staff, I encountered were focused on customer service, providing the best possible experience for our stay. Specifically, and not in order of quality of service, was the bell hops, Clinton, Ben, and Maurilio; security, Jose Ramirez after my vehicle was damaged in the parking garage; and Guest Services, Gabby, Liz (Elizabeth), and especially, Ashlee. No matter the issue, good or bad, Ashlee insured the appropriate department and personnel remedied the situation. I didn't just notice this with my experience, but with all the members of our group during the entire event. She also would follow up with our members after the fact to ensure the issue was completed to their satisfaction. Read less

I have been staying at The Hilton for the Paralyzed Veterans of America ceremonies during the week of May 2025. The rooms are amazing, and super accomodating for the disabled vets! The service is amazing, and Gabby, Liz and Ashlee are the best!
