This hotel was an excellent location in the city! Everything we requested was promptly delivered... including a coffee pot/supplies. The market in the lobby was very pricy and the food was not great but that will not stop me from staying here again!

I am a new World of Hyatt member, and was pleased with my 1 night stay at the Hyatt Grand Central. Though I did not get to use the connecting corridor from GCS to the hotel, I shall be staying at the hotel enough times in the future to be able to use it; however, I don't know when they lock the doors to the entrance of the corridor. Anyway, the bed was soft and inviting, especially after a short, but somewhat tiring train ride, a city run, a Broadway show, a lot of walking and dinner. I could have slept for hours it was so comfortable! The room had everything I needed and the ample closet space was great! The washroom was super clean and the fixtures were easy to use. I was not expecting lights to turn on and off at a single touch, so that was new, but easy to figure out. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I had a very enjoyable stay! Read less

Don’t let the “2 bathrooms” for the presidential suite fool you into thinking it has 2 full bathrooms as the 2nd bathroom is a toilet closet only & that toilet runs all night. Also don’t expect the air conditioning to work. Won’t be staying here again.

Overall poor experience. We asked for more pillows multiple times before they called our room in the middle of the night letting us know they didn't have any. The wifi does not work near the edge of the building and as we were in the corner we could not connect.

I would avoid this hotel if you are looking for good service and clean rooms. Staff is extremely rude. The hotel rooms are not how they are pictured. They are dirty and run down. The Concierge was always missing when we needed to ask a question or wanted recommendations.
