Outstanding Service Thanks to Marilyn! During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of being helped by Marilyn, and I can honestly say she made all the difference. Her exceptional customer service stood out from the moment we interacted. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. While the hotel itself felt a bit underwhelming, Marilyn’s professionalism and kindness more than made up for it. In fact, I would return to this hotel just because of her. Great staff like Marilyn are rare, and she truly made my stay memorable. Marilyn, if you’re reading this—thank you so much! You’re the reason I’d come back. Read less

I’ve stayed at YOTEL NYC many times over the years, but my June 2025 visit was a total let-down. The cabin’s walls were scuffed and chipped in multiple spots and the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke despite the hotel’s “100 % smoke-free” claim when I checked in. One elevators rattled on every ride and its ceiling lights flickered nonstop—hardly reassuring. Worst of all, Mission Control tried to charge me a “loyalty” fee of $70 just to store two items for 4 hours after checkout. The location is still handy for Javits Center events, but between the deteriorating rooms, safety concerns, and nickel-and-diming, YOTEL no longer delivers the value it once did. I’ll be choosing another hotel on my next trip. Read less

Amazing guest service. Third time at YOTEL, second at this location. Thanks to a big mess up from Priceline, YOTEL took it upon themselves to fix an error they weren't responsible for. Couldn't recommend enough- thank you Charmaine and Serge!!!!

This was the third Yotel experience (Miami and DC were two previous stays) and would definitely pass. NYC stay did not come close to the positive experiences at Miami and DC. Rooms are exceptionally small...even for NYC standards. Although rooms were clean and staff pleasant, hotel is crowded, noisy and a college dorm feeling. Elevators are slow. Price was ok but recommend spending a little more for a larger room. This is not a warning of "don't stay here" but know what you are getting. Read less
