Comfortable rooms, convenient location, and enjoyable amenities combine to give you the Staypineapple in Midtown New York; the ideal base to explore the Big (Pine)Apple! When we mention convenience, this goes further than just the location – An Everything person at reception is always on hand to arrange food delivery to your room or give local recommendations. Although if you don’t even want to leave the comfort (the cosy robes make them extremely comfortable) of your room, food and drinks can also be ordered by simply scanning a QR code on your phone. A great hotel in a good location walking distance to time square, Hudson yard and others. Clean and well maintained. Free water bottle was do useful we got another so we had 1 each. 2 quilts was also a fab idea. I would definitely stay here again. A fridge in the room would of been a great asset

Not prioritizing guests in elevator (they appear not to have a service elevator for bringing up and down trash, linens, etc. they do not get off the elevator to let guests use. Also the hotel does not have enough bicycles to accommodate guest demand, even though they charge $34 per day amenity fee which includes bike use. For these reasons I will not be staying here again. What a wonderful family stay in NYC. What I loved about the hotel was the comfort of the bed, the water softness and pressure in the shower, and last but not least the staff. The benefits of a smaller hotel is that you don't feel like another number, a staff member is always there to help when needed and we never had to wait for an elevator and barely saw other guests. I would 100% stay here again. Only downside is floor space around the bed, there's barely any, but we were hardly in our rooms. We stayed in Cosmo connectors and had great views! Read less

Absolutely amazing hotel. Have visit NY on 3 occasions and this is the best hotel we have stayed. Would highly recommend. Friendly, immaculate, comfortable and most of all in the best location. Will definitely be back. What a hidden gem this is.
Friendly Staff and Comfy Rooms

An excellent place to stay in Manhattan. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff are beyond friendly and, if you ask, are just overflowing with suggestions for nearby food and bars (of which there are plenty within only a few blocks). Although the rooms are on the small side, there’s a pull-out rack under the bed… Read more
An excellent place to stay in Manhattan. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff are beyond friendly and, if you ask, are just overflowing with suggestions for nearby food and bars (of which there are plenty within only a few blocks). Although the rooms are on the small side, there’s a pull-out rack under the bed where you can put your suitcase to keep it off the floor. Multiple subway lines are only a few minutes away on foot. If you’re a runner, note that there’s no fitness center, but the riverfront trail is only a few blocks away. Read less
