This four-star hotel is amazing. Great price, great service, great location. Our go-to place to stay in NYC. Happy hour has great choices for great prices in the city. Housekeeping service is every day, unlike so many places anymore. The best price I can find for a four-star hotel in NYC, and it's right in the heart of the theatre district.

Awesome hotel - I brought my 2 daughters (ages 23 and 24) and had a great time! The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. I thought it was nice that the room was cleaned daily, and we had a great time! This hotel was in a great location and would definitely book again!

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and we couldn’t fault a thing. Location is excellent, 1 street away from time square, thought it would be noisy in our room with traffic noise but it wasn’t. Rooms were lovely and modern, no tea and coffee facilities though not sure if this was due to being B&B. Safe was free to use also. Sampled… Read more

Rooms were lovely and modern, no tea and coffee facilities though not sure if this was due to being B&B. Safe was free to use also. Sampled the breakfast, was crazily busy at all times and had to wait for a table, that being said we got seated fairly quickly. Couldn’t fault the breakfast, plenty to pick from. No issues at all and I would stay again. Read less

We paid for 2 rooms @ four breakfast- 3 days 4 of us. My wife was unable to attend. We checked in asked if we can get credit for 3 days breakfast. They said need call customer service. Called customer service said need to tell the front desk to call us. No refund. That was $66. Most uncustomer friendly hotel ever stayed in. Will not stay there… Read more

This hotel was in a perfect location, close to Times Square and subway stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, not that we needed much as almost everything we could have thought of had already been provided. Breakfast on the first day was carnage (about 9am) but on talking to one of the staff we realised that if we could manage really early (6:45-7am) that was the optimal time. This is what we did for the rest of our stay, and it got us up and sorted in the morning to do our daytime activities and then in the afternoon we might have a little power nap before any evening events. It’s such a money saver and there’s such a huge variety of breakfast items, including plenty of gluten free for my husband who has coeliac disease that it was worth getting up for. They provided my husband with bread and a muffin each day and in addition to that there were fruits, cheeses, meats, salmon, eggs, yogurt etc etc so a fantastic offering. Our rooms were kept spotlessly clean and were well appointed, like others we would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities and I would have liked a more powerful hairdryer, but these were minor issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and we would like to thank the staff here for everything they do. Read less
