Signature Terrace Rooms with views of the city or Hudson River, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Signature Family Rooms feature the addition of a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, and have 1 king-size bed plus 2 full-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Signature Suites feature the addition of a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, and a separate living room with pull out sofa, marble bath tub, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Great location to everything and bonus it is located in the heart of time square. Staff was amazing and answered and help with any questions I had. Beds were comfortable along with the pillows. Wish we got to experience more that the hotel had to offer but only stayed 1 night.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! We had an issue in our bathroom and told the maid the next morning, within minutes she had a plumber up to fix it. My mother fell in our room and cut her arm really bad and Fehat went out of his way to get her bandaids and pads. The concierge were all very very nice and helpful. The doormen were very nice, would help with bags and taxi’s whenever you needed them to. Very clean, very nice rooms. I loved how you had to show your card to get on the elevator. Not worth the money and the breakfast is a scam! Beds were rough on the back. Bathroom was almost nonexistent and not very useable. Charged me $8 for a $12 item I had delivered from Amazon that I could not get locally. Indifferent service. Location was AWESOME!

However, we were able to work with Fehat Begolli in Guest Relations who was so kind and understanding. We don't get to travel very often, so this was a huge disappointment. But Fehat assured us that we could come back at any time and he'd be happy to help us make it happen! When we came last year, Fehat went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, acquainting us with his colleagues and ensuring we knew how to reach him for any queries or assistance. The genuine kindness extended by everyone we encountered, coupled with the personalized attention, made us feel truly valued guests throughout our stay. Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing service and location! The family suite was amazing for NYC! The quality and size was such a value! Will definitely stay here again! I would say this is definitely a hidden gem! Felt like a 5-star hotel the minute we walked through the doors!
