The staff is amazing here! They are so attentive from check in, to stay, to breakfast. I hope we can stay here the next time we are in for a visit. The location a great for all things Manhattan. Times Square just a few blocks away. For thr first time, got to experience Times Square goes dark at Midnight for minutes. That was very cool.

Breakfast has lots of variety including pancakes, microwaved eggs and bacon, cereals, toast etc. Even better, because it is a 3 star hotel, it does not have the annoying guest tax. My only fault and the reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that the common areas are kind of worn, and cleaning was hit or miss. For some reason, our room did not get cleaned until we asked. I think this is our third stay here and we will continue coming back. Read less

First time visiting in New York, it's was the best choice of location at Manhattan times square, very convenient only a block or 2 from Macy's store , walking distance to bus stop , subway, central park, good breakfast , great customer friendly staffs. We will be back

I waa bringing my daughter to NYC to stay for the summer. We had a great stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable,however, the room was clean and the noise level from the street was minimal. The restaurants near the hotel were very good.

The regular daytime hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast hosts and the cleaning ladies. They are ready to help you have the best stay in NY and get where you want to go. Breakfast was good with a lot of options, better than I expected for a hotel, and there is a bagel shop right next door if you want something better. The rooms are small, but clean and sufficient for a couple of nights. The heat/ac unit runs a fan constantly for white noise that drowns out hotel and city sounds and makes it easier to sleep.
