I just spent 4 days at this Times Square hotel with my 16 & 18 year old grands!! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive to our needs in every way ! The Hotel is lovely with Rock Stars on every wall🎶 The servers were great in the restaurants and we especially enjoyed the 34th Floor Rooftop Bar🤩Great location for tourists !!

We ate at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Hugo, was particularly courteous and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. The restaurant maintained a clean and tranquil ambiance. We would definitely go back to eat.

We enjoyed our stay. Biggest of compliments to the staff. They were all exceptionally accommodating. Taylor at the rooftop bar was beyond friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough about how great and how thoroughly great Sandro was at the Sessions restaurant! We will highly recommend Hard Rock again!
