I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is very centrally located, feels safe and is clean. I found the bed very comfortable and my room was very quiet despite the hotel being very busy. We were on the 12th floor and never had an issue with the elevator. We rarely had to wait even in the morning. We only had the breakfast one morning and there were many choices and it was good. I felt safe at this hotel and there was always a security guard around and the location was super convenient to everything! The outside concierge offered us a driver to the airport who was outside the hotel and it was more affordable than an uber and a very comfortable suburban. We appreciated that very much! Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone! Read less
