Dominique on reception was very helpful. King bed room on 24th floor was small. Quite noisy comings and goings late at night and early on though. Breakfast buffet was OK but scrambled eggs and French toast were poor. Bathroom needed a refurb ; door and shower tray damaged
Thank you to Dominique at the front desk!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Dominique for going above and beyond. She answered all of our questions and provided exceptional hospitality and customer service to both myself and my husband. We greatly appreciated her politeness and professionalism and she made us feel right at home and welcomed. We hope to see her again when we visit!

Carlos was hands down the most welcoming, helpful, and accommodating person I’ve met on any trip I’ve ever been on. From talking sports to restaurant suggestions, it was an absolute pleasure to talk with him. Never made myself or anybody I was with feel like outsiders to the city. An extraordinary man and the best part of our trip. Hope I can visit again soon to see my friend! - Josh, Atlanta GA Read less
Pretty Crap-tastic

Loud hallways, poorly constructed bathroom, peeling wallpaper, no bathroom fan, and a terrible layout. Bellhops managed to lose my colleague's bag and I had to go find it myself. Parking is inconvenient and makes it rather difficult to swing back around to pick up fellow travelers.
Great service and hospitality for a customer that needed a room quickly and in a hurry.

I would like to thank the staff of Doubletree, Hilton Times Square West, in particular Dominique, Michalan and Joseline for quickly securing a room for my stay. I arrived very early the day of check in and my room wait was short. I was able to get into a room and rest. Much needed and thank you. Keep up the good work.
