I should have read through the reviews before booking. The AC has been off for months on end, check google reviews for other confirmation When I stayed they said the AC just went down but upon further investigation this place has most likely never fixed their AC units. Had to keep the window open which didn't help much along with the noisy night… Read more

Nice hotel and great location

Hotel was nice. Size of room for NYC is wonderful. The bathroom was clean with a great shower. There was only one negative - during our stay the air conditioning was not working. A fan was provided but it was exceptionally loud and not conducive to sleeping with it on.

Great stay. Globalist upgrade to fantastic suite on a business trip. Loved the blackout shades and slept in. Friendly and welcoming staff made the stay super enjoyable. Will definitely be heading back. P.S. Love the cookies set out in the lobby in the evening!
Disappointing hotel staff

The hotel is at a very convenient location and you get the same clean room you would expect from a Hyatt hotel. But the staff on site was just not helpful at all: they gave out conflicting information, over charge for items. Would not recommend.

The hotel was great with awesome amenities. The front desk was extremely accommodating especially Jay who was able to get us in our room hours before check in. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
