The food, drinks, and staff were all amazing! The hotel itself could really use an update. It's definitely showing it's age and it doesn't look like any upgrades have been done. The shower in our room took at least 5 minutes to fully stop dripping water.

We visit a couple of times a year. We like everything about the Grand Hotel. It’s clean, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and it’s conveniently located. It’s steps away from the outlet stores and it’s minutes away from downtown and the local restaurants.

Great location. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and so weren’t the pillows. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet and they have a good variety of food and at reasonable price. We will definitely go back again.
