Terrace Studio Rooms offers a sub-zero mini-bar stocked with unexpected treats, sliding glass doors opening onto an over-sized private terrace, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. These can be booked with or without a fountain view.

Terrace One Bedroom Suite with a Japanese soaking tub, and sliding glass doors opening onto an oversized private terrace. They offer 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Terrace One Bedroom Fountain View Suite is the same as above, with views of the Bellagio fountains.

Terrace Suite Fountain View is the same as above, but larger in size.

Overall, I think this hotel is super over-rated. It’s a nice property don’t get me wrong, but our room seemed dirty to me with all the marks on the walls. Our bathroom stunk like poop had been rotting or something. The mini fridge in our room had leftover food from the last guest that they didn’t take out. Overall, I think this hotel is super over-rated. It’s a nice property don’t get me wrong, but our room seemed dirty to me with all the marks on the walls. Our bathroom stunk like poop had been rotting or something. The mini fridge in our room had leftover food from the last guest that they didn’t take out. The lighting in the rooms were bad/dim and the look of everything seemed outdated. The shower pressure was awful. The pillows were also lumpy. The pool location and view was good but the pools seemed small to accommodate all the hotel guests. This definitely wasn’t a “5-star hotel” experience. This property is just way too crowded with people walking around at all times. They are always busy so I guess people just love being basic. Lol. My friend was the one wanting to stay here. We were told when we called that our booking was for the Boulevard Tower. We even requested in the notes and called to be in that tower and on a high floor. We also restated to the front desk woman who said she would try her best but wasn’t even writing down what we said so it seemed like she wasn’t taking it seriously. We ended up with the tower we didn’t want with a lower floor and a huge parking lot was right smack in our view 😒 That was honestly the main reason we even chose to stay here. The only thing that I liked was the location on the strip and the balcony. Unfortunately even with that, I wouldn’t stay here again. Thank god we only had to stay here 3 nights since we booked the Circa hotel again after and it was much cleaner with amazing shower pressure. Much comfier bed/pillows, not as packed and the stadium swim pool is indefinitely better! Read less

This was a bit of an unusuall treat for my self and partner, after looking at all the other hotels while exploring, I actually we stayed at one a little bit further down the strip, as the other hotels have more in them, but our checkin was good. We had a very high room so no noise issues like others have said but housekeeping is non existent. 4 night stay and your room doesn't get cleaned. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel and the money they charge. We even saw the cleaners clean the room 2 doors down and they saw us leave the room at 9.30am but never cleaned ours. If we ever come back we won't be staying at the Cosmopolitan again. Read less

Good location and nice sized rooms. Check in is a nightmare and you can’t use the Marriott app to do anything. Our room phone wasn’t even hooked up so if you needed anything you need to make the long journey to the lobby and wait in a long line. Customer service simply does not exist.

We had three sleepless nights while staying there. We stayed on the 34th floor. We heard loud music that lasted all night . If you want to enjoy your vacation book at the Aria. Aria blows the Cosmopolitan away. Very, classy, upscale, clean place
