Good: Stayed in ultrahip king room - strip view. Comfortable and clean, has separate shower and soaking tub; water runs at good temperature. Basic amenities provided - soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bad : Window unclean , spoiled view, noisy, can hear neighbors speaking in corridor most nights, can hear noise from strip through the night. Shared ventilation- had smell of cannabis come through from neighbor smoking in next door room. Maintenance came and sprayed our room with air-fresher which was not pleasant. Front of desk had long queues all the time, observed tired guests in queue constantly., mannerism is not as expected for high-brand hotel; the hotel staff attitude is not set-up to please the guest. When complaining about the smoke smell coming through into our room which unfortunately happened the night before our check-out we were told 'nothing is complimentary' when requesting a later check-out due to tiredness via the room phone-line. Went to reception and waited in queue, no resolution on the check-out time however received $50 voucher to pass time in a restaurant or cafe. Staff informed us bag holding after check-out worked on tips only. The attitude in dealing with issues reduced our experience and I would personally not stay at this hotel again. Read less

My lovely wife is a fan of "stalking trip advisor" before we go away anywhere. I'd just like to say that the last few weeks before we came away there were a few negative reviews for planet hollywood but we have found the property to be lovely. We were offered an upgrade for our 10 nights but that was going to cost an additional $1000 so we declined this. We arrived around 10 pm & it would seem that the later you arrive the worst the room allocation will be?? However, no idea if this is true or the guy was just trying to get another $1000 off us? Our room was nice & clean with a terrible view but that doesn't mean much to us! We did have an issue with house keeping on our 3rd day as we had opted for daily house keeping but had no service at all. However, I did phone down to reception & it was resolved very quickly, within 2 hours so we thought this was great. The property is huge so please don't expect 5 star treatment for the price. If you are "happy go lucky" like us then you'll love the central location with everything it has to offer. The pool was nice but very expensive but it's Vegas baby!!!!! Read less

Was looking forward to staying here after recommendations from others. The check in experience is a nightmare, huge line ups at self check in or to talk to the very few people on the front desk. This hotel has no concierge so if you need to ask any questions, you have to line up and the line is always long with people checking in and out. Had a Bellagio fountain view room but the window was so filthy you could hardly see out. No glasses in the room or bathroom, called front desk and bought up paper cups, never been to a hotel that has paper cups! Also no tea/coffee/kettle in room. First day could log onto wifi but only allowed 2 devices but then the next 3 days could not log on at all. Called front desk who said they had reset it, after no luck, they sent someone up who reset the router - no luck. Called IT who still couldn’t fix it, crazy thing was if we went downstairs, we could get it. Great location, rooms are ok, could do with some updating. Read less

Love this hotel, room service was slow this time around but when we called they came right up. The casino and dining are always fun and clean. Very organized and easy to get around. I'd recommend staying here to anyone, probably the most kid friendly as well, we will be back!

My experience here was awful. The first room I was given was filthy; what looked like BBQ sauce on the walls and carpet, a hole in the bed frame, and hair all over the sheets. I was moved to another room, which was only slightly better. The bathroom had loud gurgling pipes, and one night the sink and shower clogged, leaving me to shower in… Read more
My experience here was awful. The first room I was given was filthy; what looked like BBQ sauce on the walls and carpet, a hole in the bed frame, and hair all over the sheets. I was moved to another room, which was only slightly better. The bathroom had loud gurgling pipes, and one night the sink and shower clogged, leaving me to shower in standing water. The check-in process also felt like a scam. I was told the hotel was sold out the night before and that I couldn’t check in upon arrival, which I understood. But then I was offered early check-in for a fee if I came back at 11am. When I returned, so did a crowd of others who were told the same thing. It’s hard to believe that all previous guests checked out at the same time and that housekeeping had enough time to properly clean all those rooms before letting us in. The whole process felt like a money grab. Overall, not worth the money. I don’t recommend it. Read reviews, watch videos, and trust your gut like I wish I had. Read less
