We arrived late to Nobu Hotel after a long flight and were greeted by Elizabeth at the front desk. She was warm, friendly, and took the time to chat with me about our trip and her love for working at Nobu. When she noticed our reserved king room was unavailable, she apologized and offered a room with two queen beds—plus upgraded us to a room with a view and gave us a credit to use during our stay. Her kindness and professionalism were truly impressive. A couple of days later, we returned to our room to find champagne and a handwritten note from Elizabeth—such a thoughtful surprise that made our trip extra special. We also had a great experience with Noah, who helped us with repeated issues using our parking key card. He was patient, friendly, and took care of the problem right away, even removing the first night’s parking charge. Both Elizabeth and Noah went above and beyond. Great customer service. This time it was one of the best customer engagement I have received in a while. I can remember the name of the front desk person but she was amazing. Very professional and I got a decent room. Very nice and amazing experience overall

Room is decent but the tv never worked, hot water for 2-3 minutes tops for a shower. Last night at 12:30 am no water whatsoever we called and were told it would be fixed by 6am it’s 8 am and still no water. Can’t shower or wash hands. Toilet useless. The pool was not clean, murky water. Can’t use the mini fridge in your room for even water… Read more
