Room looked clean but had run down infrastructure. Super loud bathroom, curtains didnt cover window, remote didnt work, long line to check in, longer line to hold bags. A lot of small thing that add up.I might have said "I'm never staying here again" about 50 times.

We didn't stay in Hotel , so I can't comment on the Hotel. We did however use the food court for a quick lunch. We decided on Johnny Rockets, 2 cheese burgers and 2 small fries ( No Drink ) $ 49٫90 USD We are from Australia, with our conversation rate it cost us $77٫40 in Australian dollars. Serious Safety Concern – Disappointed by the Response When I first entered the hotel room I was assigned, I was shocked to find water leaking from the ceiling. Even more alarming, water was running down the bathroom wall and into an electrical outlet, causing a loud sparking noise. It was frightening and clearly a serious fire hazard. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue. However, the staff’s response felt slow and indifferent, as if they did not recognize the potential danger. Although I wanted to cancel my stay and move to another hotel, it was too late in the evening, so I reluctantly agreed to switch rooms instead. I truly hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and addresses it promptly to prevent any future accidents. Read less

Staff at MGM Grand does minimum job of taking care of their guests and most of the time they are not ready to hear what a guest is trying to share. Lousy guest services and average rooms to enjoy a vacation. I will not recommend MGM Grand for great vacation experience.

Quit nickel and diming me to death, charge it all for the room rate one time. Read less
