My husband and I booked this location because of a great promotional price. The hotel rooms were nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The hotel was nice, however, we didn't really take advantage of the amenities and there is no casino on site. The location of the hotel was at the north end of the strip and away from all of the action. We prefer to be closer to more reasonably priced bars and restaurants, and closer to the shows. We walked to the South end every day (around 45-60 minutes each way). The area around the hotel was deserted and didn't feel very safe at night, particularly when walking south on Las Vegas Blvd until you came to the big casinos. For this reason, we won't stay in this location the next time we visit Las Vegas. Read less

The hotel cleanliness is a 4٫5 out of 5. Our room was well kept and the beds were very clean. Bathrooms and showers/tubs were also very clean. The shared spaces like the lobby also appeared to be clean. There was security posted outside at night. Valet parking is available if you choose. Bell services were so kind and helpful. The shared spaces like the lobby also appeared to be clean. There was security posted outside at night. Valet parking is available if you choose. Bell services were so kind and helpful. For the most part all of my requests were quickly met. There is a texting system that makes it easier. Our room was serviced on the 4th day. It wasn’t actually serviced. One bed was made and the rest of the unit was left unkept. My cleaning fee was refunded for that day. The location is okay but not great. Next to Circus Circus. If you know, then you know. But then the Hilton is across from the gorgeous Fountain Bleu. We loved waking across the street for easy access to dining. It’s an interesting area. I didn’t feel unsafe with my family. But I wouldn’t be wandering at night. We encountered many strung out homeless on the walk to the Sahara, another neighborhing resort. It’s Vegas so you just need to keep that in mind for your expectations. Read less

Very disappointing experience. Right after check-in, we were pushed to attend a so-called “welcome meeting” which was nothing more than an aggressive marketing attempt that would have taken up a significant part of our already short stay. This kind of pressure is completely unacceptable, especially from a Hilton property. The pool was fine, and the pool bar had a nice atmosphere, but overall the service was mediocre at best. We booked this hotel expecting Hilton standards, but sadly it fell far below expectations. Would not recommend. Read less

Stayed here when an unexpected medical emergency landed me in Vegas last minute overnight following an ER trip. The hotel was very gracious from start to finish, and I’m very grateful. Clean room, fired up the kitchen so we could have hot food, and great water pressure for a hot shower. Quiet night’s sleep and was able to check out via text.… قراءة المزيد

They are nice rooms (Room 23202; 4/29-5/2/25) however, the shower door was rusty, hard-to-open and looked dirty. The hot tub just looked old and dirty (I was afraid to use it). No "accessible" rooms on upper floors. Quite expensive overall. Strange employees walking around the entrance and front desk area, checking to see if you have a room or if you're part of a group, but they're not there to help you check-in? Strange. (These people would be better placed if they simply worked the desk. Maybe I wouldn't have to wait in line as long). When I inquired about extending my stay, the front desk people referred me to the internet because they showed no vacancy. Looking online, they had rooms available. I think they just wanted to charge me more. I re-booked elsewhere. The desk kept texting me about staying longer, then claiming they had rooms, but you must stay two more days (after I had re-booked elsewhere). Lets get it straight, the Front Desk people should be there to "check availability" and "check you in!" Whether it's one day or five! They seem to be in the process of selling the rooms (to owners), now they're catering to the owners. A separate pool outside, that used to be for adults only, now is just for owners. So, us renters, now have to hear the other renters' children crying and screaming (oh what fun). Wake-up at the crack of dawn to get your towel on the chairs in the pool area, or else you won't get one (this should not be allowed. If you're not there, you shouldn't be able to "save a seat"). In the end, if you're not an owner, you'll feel like you are "second class", or just "low class". No matter if you're lower class, you'll still pay higher prices at this hotel. Read less
