The Donny show was great!!! Loved it. The pre show experience was very interesting and intimate. He is an amazing performer and person. Band was awesome. Take care of all the customers. Beds were comfy. Minibar had an open soda, inducing fee-fearing anxiety the moment I stepped in. Carpet was soggy with a lovely days-old beer aroma. No shower door or curtain was a first. Check-in fees and deposit nearly trumped the total cost of the one night I stayed there.
They stay was nice, could use a renovation. The billing process and resolution is still on going. The folio does not match the credit card billing and you cannot talk to anyone to resolve it. If I cannot complete my expense report, then I will be staying at an MGM location moving forward.

I was very skeptical based on the reviews that I saw, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. I had a valley tower deluxe room with strip view. The room was modern and the view was nice. The hotel in general was modern and clean. It’s also conveniently located with access to the strip. Of course there was the cigarette smell in the casino area. I dined at Ruth Chris and had a window seat with a view onto the strip, which was beautiful. I enjoyed my entire stay. One thing to note - they are very strict about check in times and did not allow even 10 minutes prior to check-in. The gym facilities were kind of on the crowded side at 6 AM, but it seems there were a lot of conferences going on at the hotel at that time. I would stay again. There was an app that you could download for concierge type assistance, but I did not find it to be helpful. Read less
