Stayed here twice, I have some Pros and Cons: PROS: Location-some say its too far away from the main strip area; for me I lOVE this, away from the massive crowds around the Bellagio area. Woke up early Sunday morning, walked over to circus circus, got my Starbucks, and kept walking to Resorts World (very close and my favorite hotel in Las Vegas) and kept walking. Cheap mini-mart convenience store right across, and only a few miles from DTLV. And 1/2 mile walk to Bagelmania; what more can you ask for? Pool- Besides the terrible pool food (and ridiculously overpriced) its one of the best pools in LV hands down. Spacious, many areas and decent music. Free ice water dispensers everywhere too. You'll need it or be ready to cough up $40-50 for drinks. Gaming- I feel like I'm gambling in an airport or airplane hangar, but the game varieties have improved. They have only 1 single double deck table, but a couple tables with popular freebet 21 (called something else here I forgot) but easy to spot. $25 minimums were available throughout the day, and even $15 in mornings. Food- besides again, the awful pool food, Komodo and Chez Bon Bon are terrific (fancy Asian and 24hr pastries/snacks/drinks/gelato). Many other nice restaurants and a very nice food court with ample seating and a view of the casino floor. Free parking for all guests...this should be standard but most charge. CONS: Room bedsheets had stains, inexcusable. The mattress is easily the worst thing I've every slept in 50 years of my life, like a sinking marshmallow. However, rest of room clean and quiet. Pool food- As stated twice, worse quality than a gas station. Had the worst fries and chicken tenders in my life, couldnt eat after a few bites they were reheated garbage, disgusting and very overpriced. So, fix the beds, clean the sheets, serve non nuked food at the pool, and offer more double deck 21 and freebet tables. Also waaaay too many slots need more classic video poker machines with better payouts. Lots of open wasted empty space. Size is just waaay too big, and finally got the hang of the North/South parking garages...dizzying. Read less

Beautiful hotel/casino with excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. The Casino restaurants and bars are all unique and excellent, the hotel room was very modern and comfortable. I was really impressed with the Casino staff at the hotel and restaurants, they were all really friendly and helpful.

Amazing place. A must in Vegas. Spacious, new, spotless, great people. Some of the words that we could use to describe our stay at Fontainbleau. The pools had had plenty of people but you still don’t feel overcrowded. Would go back again and agian.

I loved the room I had on a high floor. The view of the desert and mountains in the distance was magnificent. The staff at the hotel were all very customer-service oriented and professional. Great hotel, the Las Vegas twin of the Fontainbleau Miami Beach. Both are great properties and I recommend both. The Las Vegas property is actually newer, even nicer, and has a massive casino and so many cool bars, eateries, stores onsite. I could see people checking in for a weekend and not having to even leave the property! Read less

This is the worst stay ever. First, when I checked in, she had the wrong checkout date, which sent me into a panic attack, but when I checked the next morning, it was what I initially thought it was, not what she had told me. She must’ve been new. First two days I had my light on privacy and the housekeeping still came in and moved my pajamas to the dirty table. My curling iron was wrapped up. You’re not supposed to wrap curling irons up like that. I called them after the first day and told them I did not want them in there and they still came in the second day. I don’t know if there’s a miscommunication or what. Plus the privacy sign is very stupid and it looks like it’s a reflection of the exit sign right across from it so you really can’t tell Unless you put your hand over it that it’s on privacy. Like stop being fancy and just get a door sign that hangs over the door handle like normal. I also don’t like the bottles that the shampoo conditioner and body wash come in. It’s really hard to get the liquid out of those. I was also missing $40 worth of Starbucks gift cards when the housekeepers came in. I thought not to report because whatever it’s only $40. Now I’m thinking maybe I should’ve . I called to let them know again. I do not want people in my room. Third day I couldn’t get in my room so then I went downstairs to reactivate my key. They reactivated it. Came upstairs. It did not work. Had housekeeping call Security. Security came his fab did not work either. They called engineering for the first time. Engineering came and to open the door fixed it or so we thought, the keys worked. I grabbed my stuff for work inside the room and left in a hurry to get to work. I was late because all of the work computers were in the room and I couldn’t get in my room. After work come back to the room the key is still not working. They call engineering AGAIN. Engineer comes up, supposedly fixes it, I have to leave to drop stuff for work off at a storage unit and drop my friend off at the airport. I get back. I talked to the front desk, she comes upstairs with me to make sure it works, it does NOT. Again. I have to go back downstairs and they obviously have to give me a new room because the door is broken. Shouldn’t maintenance check those doors and when the battery goes to 40% replace the battery for the door key? I have never had this issue in any hotel . I get the new keys to the new room, but I Still have to wait on engineering to get in the room to get my stuff to then go to the new room. This was the THIRD time Waiting on engineering to get in my room. All they offered was to take off the resort fees. Shouldn’t I get a comped stay out of this in all the hassle I had to go through? I tried but the lady Manager downstairs on June 4 was very snotty and catty and didn’t really give a crap. I could tell when she was reacting to the hotel staff when the hotel staff was explaining what was happening with me in my room. I saw her roll her eyes. But then when I’m standing in front of her, she did not do that. Still is very upsetting. Also, I have stayed here before in February and it was not this complicated though. I did have an issue also in February when they didn’t even know where to send me to pick up or drop off my Hertz Rent-A-Car. I feel like that is something the front desk should know. They had no clue where I should park it to return it. Overall, a terrible experience. This is coming from someone who stays in hotel rooms all the time. I usually stay at Marriott and Hilton’s in Hyatt because of my status. But even when I did not have status, I’ve never had this many issues. I also do a lot on social media and cannot wait to make a TikTok/Reel about this. Apparently, the owner of this hotel is losing money and doesn’t care because he’s so rich. That is the rumor. It trickles down from the top! I check out tomorrow. We shall see how that goes. Read less
