This is an excellent property. Checked in with a very nice lady who explained all the features and benefits of this Hilton Grand Vacation. There is a beautiful pool which can be seen from the reception area and a Starbucks coffee where the $25 resort fee allows you 2 free coffees each from a choice of 3 varieties. I tried them all and was impressed with the quality. This property has a low resort fee compared to other hotels in Vegas with some being in excess of $60 and don’t really offer the guests any of value and is just a way of generating more money for the hotel. At least at the Elara you do at least get the 2 complementary coffee’s. The studio’s are quite large with a microwave and dishwasher. The air conditioning is excellent and the WiFi good but it does disconnect if you not active viewing websites or reading emails or checking your social media accounts. The TV is large and has smart options and you can chrome cast from your phone or computer which is excellent. The picture quality is good too. The bed is comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom is large and has a shaving mirror. The shower water pressure is excellent and my only disappointment is the shower is over a bath which is quite high and I found it difficult to climb over the bath and there are no hand rails which means you need to be careful. I personally would prefer a walk in shower. The toilet flush is very powerful so you’re not going to block the toilet in the Elara. Great View of Las Vegas too if you’re on a high floor and it’s not restricted by other buildings which is going to a problem with a few hotels on the strip when the Hard Rock hotel is completed as it will block the views from a few properties on the strip. The hotel has charger points next to the bed to charge your phone and USB options too. It does however in my opinion needs to be upgraded to the industry standard USB-C. I can highly recommend the Elara and my only slight negative is the 10am check out and even for Hilton Diamond members they didn’t want to offer a late check out. The hotel also is quite expensive as it’s very popular. Read less

The resort location is perfect on the strip. You're within close walking distance to all of the main attractions.

We have just arrived home from visiting Las Vegas. We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. On arrival we paid the room tax and the deposit which is fine. We had to charge a few things to the room as they didn’t take cash. In total this came to $329. So far they have reserved over $1500 on our card. We visited the reception a few times who assured us these were mistakes and would go back on in 2 days. None have gone off yet and some have now finalised. In trying to contact the reception the gentleman hung up on us. The manager on reception when we left said they gave lots of complaints about this. Stay somewhere else and save ourselves the trouble. If someone from elara sees this please contact us urgently. To rectify this Read less

Electric black-out shades were a nice feature. Fully appointed kitchen. Coffee maker failed and replaced with 10 mins. The bathroom in the suite was huge by hotel standards (separate shower stall, separate toilet stall and double sinks). All clean, modern and maintained-well. The gym suited my needs for treadmill and free weights. Clean and towels provided. It was nice to be off the strip. The entrance to the building is a bit weird as you have to walk through the parking lot were taxi drop-off is. All-in -all would definitely stay again. Read less

Jacuzzi was great to use after a lot of walking only to have black gunk thrown out at us from the jacuzzi when in the tub. Beds are comfortable, suite size was amazing and so were the views We have been there before and love the projector and the screen when stretching after a long walk or hot day outside AC was phenomenal to deal with the 100 degree heat. The pool area was great to hangout even though the water was chilly considering the heat outside Just don’t use the jacuzzi 🤮🤢 Read less
