The hotel

Boasting some of Las Vegas’ finest rooms and suites after a $380 million dollar transformation, it’s easy to understand why. The accommodation is divided between four majestic towers with wonderful views of the Las Vegas Strip, the Spring Mountains and the hotel’s incredible pool. Then there's the Tank, as the swimming complex is known, comes complete with a shark tank, 3-storey waterslide and 13 private cabanas for hire. There’s also an infinity pool, aptly named The Hideout, which is strictly for adults only. Other temptations include a superb spa with steam rooms, sauna, massage and beauty treatments plus a state-of-the-art fitness centre to work off those American-sized portions! Several restaurants are at your disposal, including Vic and Anthony’s, one of the country’s finest steakhouses. Alternatively, head to Chart House for sumptuous seafood, Red for Pan-Asian cuisine or Grotto for Italian fare. Come sundown, Troy Liquor Bar is the place to be with a lively atmosphere, DJs and exotic cocktails. An incredible hotel with an incredible range of amenities, look out in particular for the Hand of Faith in the lobby - a 61-pound gold nugget found in Australia in 1980 with a metal detector just six inches below ground – now that’s Lady Luck at her finest!

There is a Starbucks on site near our tower so it was ok, but obviously added cost. No fridge either. The pool is fab but if you want beds need to get there early or wait around later in the day for one to come free, The shark tank is fab the slide is super fun. The location is great for fremont street so we got around every where there easily. Really glad we did a couple of nights here would recommend very clean and tidy around the hotel. Read less

We were moved to an upgrade. I would not stay here again. This was too expensive and the pictures show what you get. We stayed in the Gold Tower. Besides needing to be remodeled the staff were not curt and surely. Loved Saltgrass restaurant this was the only saving grace.

Stayed in the rush tower on the quietest side room. It wasn't too loud. Room had ear plugs. Comfortable and roomy stay on 17th floor. Received the best out come on slots but the casino always won. We had dinner/lunch at the Saltgrass restaurant

First impression set the tone but ended up turning into a great experience. Checked in Friday the 9th after 3 at self serve kiosks with the assistance of Raquel. Rude dismissive and condescending, she assured us our room had a keurig and a fridge after PAYING for an upgrade though signs behind front desk said free upgrades , free early check in , which we also ended up being charged for. Our room had no keurig no fridge and the showers was rusted and cracked in terrible condition. This room with the bathroom in this condition should not be rented out to anyone. We went back down to the front desk later that night and spoke to Shayla who saved the day. She told us to come back the next day, we were moved from the 5th floor to the 17th floor with a gorgeous view. Quiet , beds were great, and this room had the keurig and a fridge we were looking for for. We were there for a week and everything was great . I hope management recognizes Shayla is the best or the front desk team , Raquel the absolute worst . Restaurants were good pool great casino fun and the location was perfect . Read less

The front desk was helpful in getting us a new room, we switched rooms late upon returning from our show.
