The hotel

The hotel is in a great location. The restaurant Maui Brewing Company was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Florence is an amazing housekeeper she cleaned our room very well! I fully recommend staying here! We had such a great time!

We planned a mothers day staycation at the Waikiki Beachcomber hotel, the front desk staff Kristina was very welcoming and friendly providing excellent customer service support. She expressed true Aloha spirit at the front desk, this exemplifies a great customer service experience. We will definitely be back on to stay at this hotel.

Awesome service, our room was very nice, we were at the 19th floor and the view was beautiful. I recommend when staying in Waikiki book at Waikiki Outrigger Beachcombers. The staff were very kind. Also ran in to Mildred was the hotel manager she was very kind and her service was up and beyond. Thank you so much. Will definitely will come back.

GREAT CHECK IN STAFF AND THE CLEANING PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY FREINDLY AND EFFICIENT. ANITA, MY ROOM CLEANER ALWAYS GREETED MY WITH A SMILE EVERY DAY AS I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE BEACH. THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICELY STYLED, COMFORTABLE BEDS, GREAT TV, COFFEE MAKER, ABUNDANT TOWELS, AND A SPECTACULAR VIEW FROM MY ROOM FROM MY LANAI.

Kristina at the front desk was nice, and took care of all my needs. Our beds were comfortable, room design was quaint. There was a nice breeze coming inside the room. The view of the ocean and mountains. Close to food and shopping. The hospitality was excellent.
