Rooms are fairly dated but more than comfortable, especially for how little you’ll use it when in Waikīkī. Between us, we spend 150+ nights a year in hotels and the check-in alone was one of the best we’ve had in a long time, they went above and beyond to help and welcome us. Walking distance to everywhere, the beach is a very short 3-5 minutes away (it’s one block). Breakfast was included in our deal, it’s ok, nothing special and I’m unsure what it costs to add on. We didn’t have any evening meals so cannot comment. Valet parking was costly, but no more than anywhere else, but seriously efficient and friendly. We are at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando now, and compared to the Hilton the valet is very poor indeed. We will certainly be back again and highly recommend. Read less

Michele at the front desk went over and above great guest service. Clean venue with fabulously comfortable beds. Stayed here before and after a cruise. Good choice- except for the outrageous (but expected in Waikiki) expense. Staff are skilled.

The hotel room did not match the photos, and it’s not on the beach—expect a five-minute walk hauling your beach gear. Dining was disappointing; during Happy Hour, “Togo” orders are charged full price, despite no mention of this on the menu or website. At checkout, we were skipped in line so airline crew could be helped first. The manager confirmed they prioritize airline guests, though this isn’t disclosed anywhere. Twice we encountered unwritten policies that impacted our experience. All guests should be treated fairly and informed of rules upfront to decide if this is the right place for them. My wife and I work hard so we can enjoy quality stays at reputable hotels while on vacation. If Hilton representatives believe that other guests’ time is more valuable than mine, that’s a clear sign my business isn’t truly appreciated. I choose where to spend my money, and I will not support establishments that treat guests unequally or operate on unwritten rules. Experiences like this matter, and I’ll be sure to share mine so others can make informed decisions. Respect and fairness should be standard—not optional. Read less

Nice but hot tub too hot. Wifi didn't work well. Had to connect using an old phone and tether to our other devices. WiFi would not reconnect on its own after we came back to room. Mini golf and pool nice. Room had fridge, coffee pot and tea kettle. A microwave was $50 for duration of stay

Friendly staff, walking distance every where. One short block to swimmable beach. Breakfast buffet was ok. Rooms were clean and in excellent condition. Pool and spa were easily accessible, clean, bar and food was delicious. Overall more than I expected 🌺
