During my stay at the hotel, we had dinner one night at Mina restaurant. I forgot my sunglasses on the table, because we went to sleep I only realised the next day. Went to the reception, they told us to fill in a form and we will receive an answer in 24h. Because we were in our last 2 days, we went a few times to the reception to receive feedback. Dismissal and corporate type of postponing "we are looking into it, we will let you know". I went 4-5 times to get feedback. Same answer. In our last day after I made it clear that it is an unacceptable situation in a resort with their standards a pair of sunglasses to just vanish, they send, right before we left the hotel someone from security, who asked us again same questions and for the 100th time to show them pictures of the item. I received some corporate apologies on the late reply and that is it. My cousin forgot her purse on a chair in McDonald's in a developing country in a high traffic area, and 3 hours later, when we realised she forgot it, we returned and the purse was still there. Well, not in Four Seasons. Read less

Noise is a problem at this hotel. I feel like we got a “bait and switch”. Hotel is aware that loud music is played nightly at the event facility adjacent to the property but does not advise guests in advance. We booked an oceanfront room for $1600/night but were unable to use the lanai or keep the sliding door open from 6-10 p.m. each night. The… Read more

The hotel is aware that this is occurring and was ready to provide us with a white noise machine and earplugs; seriously?! Using this post to advise others as Four Seasons is mum on this point. We had the best time at this resort! It’s an incredible location, beautiful beach area, and great restaurants on site. I recommend taking the time to have the hotel photographer take family photos. They know all of the spots for a sunset family photo session. Definitely recommend it! Our family would absolutely love to come back again.

Won’t be coming back! we chose Four seasons over returning to Ritz Carlton at turtle bay and tho the staff was excellent the rest didn’t live up to what we expect from a 4 star plus hotel. First they didn’t clean are room the first night so we came back to a dirty room that was a big no no really set the tone for the hotel and no we didn’t have the privacy light on seconded the beach sucked, man made at a hell of a angle and the Disney hotel noise was interesting. The real topping on the cake was I asked for a 1 hour extra late checkout and they wouldn’t accommodate me. Look when I checked in my room it had stained sheets so it’s obvious it a quick clean up and no over site we didn’t have a upgraded room but that’s even more a reason to accommodate anyways a 1 hour later checkout is standard at hotels and we stayed in presidents suite and get way more later than 1 hour food was so so nothing special and don’t drive west because you won’t be unable to unsee the poor slums a few miles up the Frwy that really hurt us as we are enjoying a vacation the poor are suffering a few miles up the street turtle bay was ten times better and we never had Ritz not afford us a late checkout sorry for bad review but it is what it is. Valet was great- always offered us cold waters or towels when we left to go adventure, pool and beach staff always took great care of us as well. All restaurants on site are great too. The hotel is also located on a 3 mile long path that goes all the way down the different lagoons which was awesome to walk morning or night. Read less
