The hotel is beautiful - The lazy river is really nice - Overall an excellent & very relaxing trip! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My wife and I were very impressed with how seamless check-in was and how helpful the concierge was. We look forward to returning!

Had guest of honor award used for the very reason of the 4pm late check out benefit and was forced to check out at 11am…very unfortunate because we planned this stay because of a 11pm flight…they did offer to continue to use the pools and lounge access but not worth it once you have to pack up the whole room

This hotel is fine if you have a bunch of kids and want to feel ignored while you hit the lazy river 45x but not for couples who care about service, food, or a beautiful room. Also, there are a SCARY amount of toads and cockroaches all over. Good luck! There’s too many great places in Hawaii to stay here. Read less
