We just had an amazing experience at the hotel: the property was great, location perfect and I have to say Willow was incredible. We had to delay our trip due to the fires and she was beyond helpful in moving things around. Thank you Willow and everyone there who helped make our experience incredible

Each time we’ve been here, Tim showed he really cares about helping. We ended up extending our stay and he was one of the reasons we wanted to stay longer. The rooms are very clean and newly remodeled. The location and views and pool/jacuzzi are excellent. Plus, they have onsite EV car chargers which was convenient for us. Highly recommend. Read less

I’ve stayed here many times, and this was by far the most courteous experience I’ve had. I encountered a minor issue with parking, but the shift manager, Tim Ruiz, promptly stepped in to assist. He ensured the issue was resolved immediately, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

This is my first time going to the Monache, I typically stay at the Village Resort. Quality-wise, it's a step up. Better accommodations, no doubt. It's a bit smaller than the village condos, but going solo, I didn't really care for it. I had the top floor, nice views and all. What really dragged this review down are two things: the location, and the ski valet. The stairs you had to haul yourself through to get to the gondola is atrocious, whereas at the village resort, you just walk out the door. The ski valet...they are nice and all, but they broke the topsheet of my brand new Balaleon snowboard. Not even 3 days of use. This is a plus series board too, cost me a pretty penny. I was beyond pissed when I discovered it. And no, it couldn't have been me, because the crack can only happen if it hit a hard object, which I absolutely did not do, as I've been buttering all day long. I saw where the ski valets store the equipment, and it's all on hard cement. Any one of them could have dropped it. If you're going to stay here, it's definitely a nice place to stay. Just don't give them your equipment. Read less

The kids club was open when we visited and Sarah took great care of our kids. Our other favorite amenity was the ski valet! It was so nice not having to carry our stuff up and down the steps. Rita, Rene, and Nsimba are so helpful. They even gave us tips on how to get to different lodges and even took the time to escort us to one of the bus stops going to main lodge. They certainly went above and beyond! Overall, I highly recommend the Westin. Thank you all for a great stay! Read less
