A comfortable resort experience, convenient with dedicated chair lift. Great pools, soaking tubs, etc. Shuttle drivers to/from Palisades Tahoe were friendly and helpful. Nice, private, relaxing location in its own enclave, removed from Village and ski resort base.

Beautiful resort that use to be the Hyatt, has a direct lift from resort onto Red Dog into Palisades, they also have their own shuttle service. Use to be better when it was the Hyatt but now it’s more of a time share ? Given location and the 5 jacuzzis and good pool and shuttle service to Palisades, I would recommend if offered at a reasonable… Read more

Now for the negative: breakfast was horrendous. We had the breakfast burritos and they tasted too dangerous to eat. I would rather eat at a motel six. I asked the front desk staff if they knew how bad the food was in one of the staff member said the burritos are terrible! Why does a “category eight hotel” diminish itself by having incredibly low quality food? We were planning on staying here in February as well but this is absolutely a good reason for us not to stay here again. Next the waterslide was closed. One of the front desk staff was very snobby. Finally, after we check in, we have to walk in the cold to our rooms, which is unpleasant, especially if you’re visiting in winter. If you’re looking for a Hyatt property in Lake Tahoe area, the one in incline village is measurably superior in my opinion. Read less
