As its name suggests, the atrium-style Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown enjoys a wonderful location, in the heart of Music City, just a short walk from all the sights and sounds. JD and the bar crew was outstanding. Very personable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a personalized experience in a laid back cool atmosphere. Visit The Library, grab a drink and try the meat lovers flat bread pizza.

!!!!!FIVE STARS!!!! JD was the best bartender! He was nice and hospitable, He mixed up the best espressi martinos ;) for great service ask for JD he will always hook it up!! loved the vibe and great drinks! Lovely spot for a night cap before bed

JD WAS AMAZING HE MAKES THE BEST ESPRESSO MARTINIS! Please come say hi and request JD. The hotel in general was clean, friendly and close to broadway. Highly recommend to reserve with the Sheraton. It’s been a great time and will come back soon

I Loved this hotel! The lobby was gorgeous with the open theme and the staircases when you walk in. I also want to Shout out Christian from the front desk for his exemplary service and making sure all my needs were taken care of! The beds were also SUPER comfy

Jakob was so helpful, between getting my bags together inside and valeting my car. I saw him when I dropped off and picked up my car. Both times, he opened and closed my door, greeted me with a smile, and was so pleasant overall. I wish there was a Jakob at every hotel I visit.
