We stayed for 3 nights during the French quarter jazz festival. The location of the hotel is excellent just a 100 meters from canal street. Our room was fine a few issues strangely the bedding was not ironed and very creased , there were marks on the curtains and the room had no safe, we asked 3 times and eventually a safe was delivered. We have stayed there 4 nights with my friend. We hired two fifteen rooms. Rooms were clean and tidy. Service was really good.People were so friendly from reception to the bar.There was no mistakes or anything like that.Overall,My friend’s and my experience were very good. Nothing to complain.
