Was in town for a work event that was happening at the hotel. Our room was nice and clean but hot water was hit and miss. Showers were down right cold a couple days. So pleased with the location, service and product. The location is simply perfect. Walking distance to everything, hop off/hop on bus stop just outside the lobby. Great food offerings and the Club Lounge was superb. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a large part of why the stay in NOLA was so enjoyable. Thank you!

It was our first time riding in a parade and this hotel made our experience ten times more stressful. Also how about making sure to tell out of town guests at Mardi Gras where to check in? When the entire entrance is blocked off there was no communication about that prior to check in. Overpriced to be harassed by staff in club level. There are alot of communication and management issues. For the price we paid and the way we were treated our whole stay should have been comped. I will never stay here again. Read less
Not worth the price

The hotel is in dire need of a renovation, particularly the lobby. The bed was more like a water bed and for the price per night, it is not worth it. Prime location and friendly staff but hotel felt and looked cheap. Drainage issues with the bathtub.
