Best stay at a Sheraton!

The staff was super nice and welcoming. I had Club access as a Gold Elite Bonvoy member and had a fresh breakfast with coffee and beverages every morning and a Happy Hour selection of traditional New Orleans dishes, salad, drinks, etc. The view was to die for. The downstairs lounge was beautiful and the on site full service Starbucks and FedEx (mailed home a painting too large for carryon) were additional perks of this Sheraton. The location was perfect for walking to Bourbon and Frenchmen St. and all the other landmarks. I only needed an Uber to and from the airport. I can't wait to return. Read less

I especially wanted to recognize Sheraton’s hospitality staff for assisting me with a bill issue, helping me to find a perfect room and their customer service. Lina, Gabrielle and Alexandria we attentive, follow/up with me and navigated a major bill issue for me. Lina even called me the next morning to verify information. It felt good to know that I wasn’t viewed as “just a guest” but a welcomed hometown customer. Thank you ladies for all of your help, and Sheraton will remain a classic choice for me and my family!! See you soon!! Read less

Excellent experience at the Sheraton New Orleans! Manager, Sarah Jones, and staff went above and beyond to make this a special experience! They have set the bar so high for any other Marriott properties. Such a beautiful suite.
Beware! Yuck

Horrible. I never take the time to write reviews but the smell was horrible in the room, like musty, body odor/moldy type smell. My guess is the room had gotten wet and not dried properly. The power cables were taped across floor, NO hot water, broken phone and blow dryer. I should have googled it but because it was the conference hotel I didn’t… Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour. Room 2225 was dusty and not too clean. Broken glass on the carpet which my disabled friend nearly stood on. The worst part was no hot water. We had to get up an hour early to start running the shower for it to be even Luke warm. One day had to have a strip wash and one of the other guests had to do… Read more
