The downstairs lounge was beautiful and the on site full service Starbucks and FedEx (mailed home a painting too large for carryon) were additional perks of this Sheraton. The location was perfect for walking to Bourbon and Frenchmen St. and all the other landmarks. I only needed an Uber to and from the airport. I can't wait to return. Read less

Excellent experience at the Sheraton New Orleans! Manager, Sarah Jones, and staff went above and beyond to make this a special experience! They have set the bar so high for any other Marriott properties. Such a beautiful suite.

Horrible. I never take the time to write reviews but the smell was horrible in the room, like musty, body odor/moldy type smell. My guess is the room had gotten wet and not dried properly. Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour. Room 2225 was dusty and not too clean. Broken glass on the carpet which my disabled friend nearly stood on. The worst part was no hot water.
