Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for a conference with my company. This is my third time in New Orleans and as much as I’ve enjoyed the previous two experiences I had nothing can compare to the five star experience I received at this hotel. From the moment I walked in the hotel TEAM was so gracious and courteous and my room was already ready although it was much earlier than the check in time stated. My room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom was lovely and the Housekeeping team does a magnificent job cleaning the rooms and replenishing The amenities. The restaurant and bar had delicious food and crafty cocktails! Our meeting was held in the ballroom and we also had breakout session and all the spaces were well appointed, and the temperature was perfect throughout the day. What a great hotel stay. All the staff were fantastic and great touch having Kenny, hotel General Manager, in the lobby greeting guests upon arrival. BTW, Cajun scrambled eggs at breakfast were so good! Fantastic location to everything New Orleans. This was my second stay at the hotel and highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, they have great amenities and friendly staff my personal experience with Anderson was great. He was very helpful and kind. Bed was comfy plus I had a nice city view away from elevators.Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
