Deep in downtown, Le Méridien New Orleans presents The Big Easy in all its glitzy glory. After a mega-million dollar refit, it mixes the city’s refined style and sense of fun, with pops of yellow and blue, music-inspired accessories, and reflections of New Orleans in its photography. Location’s key of course – it’s just 100 metres from Bourbon Street and Harrah’s Casino, and 300 metres from the French Quarter. And they’ve teamed up with The Sweat Social to bring you running tours, Priority Bicycles to offer bike hire, and three incredible art museums to give you complimentary entry. Returning to base, you can swim in the rooftop pool, dine on Deep South inspired dishes at LMNO, and take time out in The Hub – a café-come-bar with complimentary WiFi, a New American menu, and an evening aperitif hour featuring sparkling cocktails.

You fall into the bathroom as you try to enter with suitcases. We are two people. One water. One glass. Only 1 coffee pod. Decaf! 2 paper cups. Requested more from concierge downstairs! You have to go down in the lift as no phone contact option. Room service is variable. Supplies refreshed ad hoc. Yesterday no hand towel. Only one water. Today no face towels only one coffee and one small water and 2 paper cups. Supposed to be 4*. Sorry but no. A lot of money for substandard service. Good job the bed is ok as we are here for another week and half! Read less

Great hotel bar!!! Vegas makes a real deal bloody. They also have a friendly staff. The atmosphere is trendy and sophisticated. Pool in hotel is also nice and served by the bar. Rooms have nice views and staff is attentive. Food is also great!
Great stay. Great bartender.

We come to New Orleans every year, and Le Méridien has become our go-to. It’s clean, modern, and in the perfect spot—close to everything but still quiet when you want to crash. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is great, and it just makes the trip easy. This year, Vegas at the L90 bar was a highlight. Super nice. Engaging. Clearly loves her… Read more

Stayed here with my husband for four nights for Jazz Fest 2025. Front desk staff was very nice as was the staff at the bar area where we had breakfast a few times. Room and hotel - meh…. Good enough. We stayed in a premium king overlooking the city. The room had ample space. The mechanism for the sink stopper had been broken so the sink would not drain and there was no way to lift it. The shower soap dispenser did not work. We reported both. They were able to lift the sink stopper and they never addressed the soap dispenser. After a few asks they did drop off travel size liquid bath soap. Breakfast was ok, not great, so even though it was included with the room we opted to have breakfast out a few of the days. We had made reservations at a hotel that was double the cost then changed our minds for the Meridien. Overall the hotel was “good enough” - next time I would opt for the more expensive option. Great hotel within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bar here was great. Vegas made our night with her craft cocktails! Food was delicious. We had the ribeye steak with baby potatoes and green beans. Also the spinach artichoke dip with pita chips were amazing!
