10/10 experience. Everyone was helpful and nice. Eric the bellman was especially kind and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure everyone felt welcomed. The location is perfect and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing Experience at this hotel. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Our room was spotlesslly clean. The ambience, the staff were the best we have experienced in a while! Thank you to Ellie and Jonika at the front desk, they have exceptional customer service qualities. We will be back!

We have stayed at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter multiple times, and recently stayed for our wedding. We took photos at the hotel, got ready, and also served a catered lunch for the bridal party. As always, we had an incredible experience! Amber and the team were incredibly helpful in making our experience the week of our wedding as fun and stress-free as possible. They talked us through weather contingency plans for our photos (even though we didn't need them, thank goodness!) and even went so far as to help us move our guest gift bags from our hotel room out to the car. The King Suite the bridal party used for getting ready for the wedding was beautiful and spacious. The catered lunch we ordered was delicious, and the team was very accommodating as we figured out our order. Overall we had a great experience at the Hyatt Centric and would highly recommend it for weddings or just for visiting New Orleans! Read less
