I'm here right now and feel disappointed with the service and response from the hotel. I'm here right now and feel disappointed with the service and response from the hotel. Firstly the Aircon in the room was just OK it didn't cool the room as it should the response from the front desk was a shrug! The room is serviced but not hoovered why? Then my main annoyance I booked a bed and breakfast rate and was here for 3 days on the second day the milk in the fridge was out of date and eventually removed but not replaced, on day 3 (today) there was no milk or tea the front desk were apologetic but said they could do nothing!!! No milk for cereal no tea, easy to fix but this hotel clearly can't be bothered! The response from the absent manager will no doubt be the usual we will learn, we want our guests to have the best experience, etc etc but you had an opportunity to sort this out at the time and you chose not to! That's just poor management and Marriott need to review brand standards at this hotel urgently. Read less

This hotel has urine soaked mattresses. If a mattress is soiled throw it away. Having guests sleep on this filth should be crime. Do Not stay here it’s a rundown s***hole. Comfortable, clean, great staff (especially in reception) and in a good location. It was bitterly cold when we were in Nashville and the hotel was cosy. The bar served food which was tasty and reasonable. A variety of breakfast stuff available and a microwave was provided.

Hotel is beautiful, modern and has matching aesthetics for the area. More modern, hip and young. EVERY EMPLOYEE at the front desk has a NASTY attitude. I understand it’s NOLA, natives and their tones can be frustrating but no. They had pure attitudes. Don’t even bother valet.
