Unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. I arrived for a stay after a long redeye, so I would be sleeping through the morning and afternoon. I was awoken no less than 5 times by the hotel staff. 3 knocks from housekeeping (with a do not disturb sign out) and 2 phone calls asking when I would be checking out. Recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The property is clearly dated, and it shows in nearly every aspect of the stay. Upon entering my room, I noticed several cleanliness issues: the curtains were ripped, the chaise lounge was stained, and there were hairs in the bed linens, which is simply unacceptable. The sink fixtures were loose, and wall paper bubbled, further adding to the feeling of disrepair. The ice machine on my floor was also out of service, which was inconvenient. Most concerning, however, was the state of the 8th floor west stairwell. There was visible feces and a towel used to wipe it, left in place despite being reported to the staff. Shockingly, it was never cleaned up during my stay. Elevators in need of repair and one running with expired inspection tag. On a positive note, the hotel staff were helpful and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. It’s unfortunate that their efforts are overshadowed by the poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness in the facility. I hope management takes serious steps to address these issues, as the staff deserves better support and guests deserve a safe, clean environment. Read less
