Facilities include air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe*, hairdryer and iron and board. Chamber Rooms are divided into two separate areas by sliding privacy doors - a dressing room and bedroom - with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
Grand Chamber Suites are slightly larger, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Nice hotel, great location, great spacious room/chamber, fantastic shower, bed really comfy. Clean as could be. Nice table and chair by window was great for working. Definitely a culture of friendliness ! Downsides- would appreciate a coffeemaker in room, or coffee in the lobby starting at 5 or 5:30am . Coffee shop and furnishings /decor not as cool and whimsical as other Virgin hotel I stayed in New Orleans. The restaurant, Miss Ricky’s, was substandard food and offered few lunch items at 12-1pm. The server Christina was super nice, though. It would have been good to know about the Commons club as a quieter option than the two loud bars. Overall, a nice place- pricey though! Read less

The suite / chambers are unique, comfortable, and inviting. Staff was friendly and gym was enjoyable. Location is amazing and breakfast at Miss Rickey's was excellent with attentive wait staff. Also enjoyed the rooftop bar. Coolest thing might be the Vespa chair 🛵

What we liked most about the hotel were the service at the restaurant by dear Kelsey who treated us with great affection at all The rooms have an excellent size, very spacious and the room cleaning service is also very good! Location also very good!
