When we first arrived at the royal sonesta we were greeted by the doorman spirol. He was very welcoming and offered us restaurants near by. Edgar was our server while we stayed at the royal sonesta! He was AMAZING!! Super kind person and excellent service. He made our stay memorable :) overall the whole staff and atmosphere was awesome and I can see myself returning very soon!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located, close to the train and the restaurant inside was great for breakfast. Our server Edgar, was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. They also held our luggage after check out for part of the day.
