It's fine but surprised it gets such high ratings. Water pressure is low, rooms are small with thin walls, elevators are slow, and the gym is tiny. Breakfast is a buffet and they have tons of stuff but it's not great quality and gets really busy. Won't stay here again, many better options nearby.

The rooms are beautiful and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only piece of feedback I would give to the hotel management is to be more observant of their staff at the reception counters. While the young lady that checked us in wasn’t rude, she was not at all welcoming and provided not one smile. It was quite awkward how monotone and expressionless she was. As the first “face” of the hotel, it is truly imperative that the reception staff is welcoming as they set the tone for the customer experience. Overall, kudos to management. Read less
