The hotel

In a hillside woodland setting close to the entrance to Yosemite National Park, Rush Creek Lodge offers warm, friendly service and a wealth of activities. You can hire a bike, enjoy a yoga class, relax by the pool or play a game of bumper pool! Enjoy the fresh California cuisine at the lodge’s two restaurants — both with al fresco seating for the warmer days. Choose between the rustic yet stylish Restaurant with its wood-burning oven and open kitchen, or the more casual Tavern with its big screen TVs, signature cocktails and evening music. There's also daily activities, from wildlife talks and kids crafts to beer tasting - and the lodge's nightly tradition of complimentary s'mores by the fire pit.

Rush Creek Lodge has exceeded our expectations across the board. The staff have been incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. The resort itself is beautiful. Great villa, magnificent views, delicious food , and the best Spa I have experienced. And all of this just outside Yosemite park entrance. 100% returning here next year.

We have stayed at many lodges and hotels in the Parks area these two weeks and have found Rush Creek our favorite! Th rooms, pools, food, service, store, tours are all great! We’re thrilled to have stayed here. The close proximity to both areas of Yosemite was a big reason for choosing Rush Creek. So glad we did.

My husband and I had a fantastic time. We absolutely loved the spa — that is our number 1. We often travel for spa destinations and this is one of the best we’ve found. The experience did not meet the standard for the price point. Examples: no help with luggage to the room, overpriced guided tour into Yosemite for basic drive through the park,… Read more

Examples: no help with luggage to the room, overpriced guided tour into Yosemite for basic drive through the park, sticky doors, kids running around and riding elevators, no TV, overall lack of luxury but charged Four Seasons price. Great resort, awesome room. Electric plugs are all loose in room and won't hold plugs to charge your electronics. Everything thing here is crazy expensive. PB & J sandwich at general store $10, wow. Grounds are amazing, staff is amazing, no Veterans discount on Memorial Day, only for active duty, what about active reservist, veterans? Hanging can… Read more

The room, the view, the property, and the short drive to the park made the stay special. We took a small group tour offered by the Lodge and were very impressed. Great guide and saw all major sites. Would recommend this place to everyone. Hills and steps might be an issue for mobility challenged guests.
