The most beautifully landscape hotel I've seen with flowers everywhere in dazzling colors. The beds are comfortable, plenty of parking, a charming vibe and the staff is exemplary! I will always stay here whenever I am in Santa Barbara! 5 stars!

We were staying 3 nights no hot water our first night for our shower we let the hotel know they said it would be fixed by morning. We woke up had to take another second very cold shower also not draining and no soap. We were staying 3 nights no hot water our first night for our shower we let the hotel know they said it would be fixed by morning. We woke up had to take another second very cold shower also not draining and no soap. We let the hotel know they said they’d call us when it was fixed that day since we had a wedding to attend they never called. Got back to our room after 5 hrs it was never cleaned had to call for towels since they only gave us two but the hot water was working. I called and asked for a break on our room charge because they were charging about $360 a night over $1000٫00 for our stay, they took off $56 not nearly comparable. We stay at a lot of best westerns in Saint Helena, Cambria and Capitola which are never this expensive and all include breakfast and specialty coffee. I would never stay here again it’s not even close to anything in Santa Barbara. Read less

The hotel was comfy for the night but is definitely more of a motel feel - the picture on booking.com has cleverly been taken with no cars outside! Rooms are a bit dated but do have a microwave, fridge and safe. Quite a walk to the Main Street but mainly flat and a nice route.
