Nice hotel, best location but no complimentary bottled water in the room. I hope this becomes a standard in most hotels🙏🏽. The hotel is very nice, cosy and just plain WOW! The room is a sight, the bed - comfortable, the toilet - immaculately clean!

From the moment we pulled up to valet, amazing reception from Ahmed who checked in with us throughout our entire stay, and super cool bellhop Brock was the best. Breakfast at the Juniper was delicious and Vanessa went far and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed at the rooftop pool.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and chic. She felt like a true friend. Ari at the lobby bar was super accommodating and professional. The happy hour is okay - not great, not bad. Pool area is super clean and relaxing (make sure to wear shoes around the pool deck). The 4 Saints Restaurant was entirely underwhelming and expensive, but our waitress (Viviana?) was AMAZING! The only true complaint I have about our entire experience was unwillingness of management to work with us on the nightly price. When we booked the reservation, we were told there were only 2 rooms left of the type we were interested in, yet I kept getting notifications about prices going down. Indeed - they did go down in between the time I booked and when we stayed. I called multiple times and received no help. Given the amount of money we would be spending, it would have been nice to at least receive a credit to be spent at the property. That did not happen. Read less

Excellent hotel from front desk service to location. It’s def in the heart of downtown and everything is walking distance. The front desk staff was helpful, kind, and made the whole process of checking in/out extremely smooth. The room has a clean and modern aesthetic.
