Fantastic hotel now that the renovation is almost complete.

This is a fantastic hotel located just far enough outside the city center to where it’s quiet, but you can still walk to things in downtown Napa. Construction Zone, Unaccommodating Manager

We are currently staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa and have been disappointed since we arrived. We are currently staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa and have been disappointed since we arrived. The hotel is under construction so there isn’t even a main entry or front desk, you have to check in at a side hotel room. We asked for the room upgrade that we were supposed to get and were told it would be an extra charge. We had to walk through mud and the construction site to get to breakfast, they informed that we could take the shuttle. Who wants to take a shuttle to their hotel breakfast?! They should be very accommodating to the guests dealing with all of the construction; however they are not. I highly recommend staying at a different hotel. Read less
Construction and no pool

I'm very disappointed with their lack of transparency about the construction. Please do right by your customers and be honest. I wasted my self care weekend in a hotel in construction and no pool. Long walks to get to everything. Shame on your false advertisement of this location.
Great Staff, But Construction and Room Changes Diminish the Experience

We’ve always loved this property, particularly for its kid-friendly amenities like the pool, hot tub, and ample space. However, during our most recent stay, the ongoing construction meant none of these amenities were available. We tried to make the best of it by telling our son that the new in-room tub was his own personal hot tub, but it wasn’t quite the same experience. The room upgrades, including new appliances and a Japanese-style toilet, were nice touches. However, some changes were less convenient: the pullout couch, which we used to rely on, is no longer available, and now there’s an additional $25 charge to have them convert the couch into a bed. Another major downside was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear our neighbors’ TV as if it were in our own room, and outside noise came through the window with ease. While the property has changed, the staff remains wonderful, and they continue to provide excellent service. Unfortunately, until the amenities are back and some of these issues are addressed, we’re not sure we’ll return as frequently. Read less
Stay Away!

Dingy construction zone. Long circuitous walk to elevator and around a construction zone to get to happy hour or breakfast. Clerk had said there was a door between the buildings. He lied. Confirmation email promotes their support for Be My Eyes. Joke. Can't see outlets, bedside light switch, or toilet buttons.
