Stayed here for the Big Sur Marathon and arrived very late after delayed flight. The staff was terrific and we stayed out at the end of the last building near the pet area. It was quiet and peaceful and, even though we didn't have a pet, we enjoyed seeing all the dogs. This is our second stay here and we have enjoyed both visits.

We had hoped for luxury (for the price) and got something closer to Motel 6. Very disappointing for the price. Room was really lacking. Door fell off hinges in bathroom; mattress felt old; glass door to patio took 2 to open; bacon for breakfast was practically raw.

There were multiple cockroaches in the bathroom, and several in the main room, including one on the dresser and one on the nightstand. I was able to get a new room quickly, but the roaches didn't come out until the middle of the night so it was a pain to switch.

Excellent place for a getaway. Pool, Pickleball, golf lawns. Fireplace, Complimentary smores for the kids. Complimentary drinks were offered. Gym was clean and lot of equipment. Spa/ Jacuzzi clean and easy access. Ping pong table, floor chess for kids.

Hair found everywhere! There was a plan power outage for repairs , but yet they failed to notice us until after checking in. We didn’t have power for 10hr, which made getting ready for an event impossible. When I asked the front desk about the issue they said resort fees and parking would be removed from the stay. But they only removed 1 day….
