Jimmy was really helpful with my stay. He helped me get my bike and provided water bottles for me without me even asking. He has a great attitude and is always positive! Better than expected and certainly one of the nicer Hyatt properties we've stayed at. Ana at the front desk was fantastic, kind, and helpful. Ana upgraded us into a beautiful suite -- the view was incredible and even better from the patio jacuzzi tub!
Quirky fun hotel in a great location

The hotel is nice and clean and in a great location, and the staff was very welcoming. Tracy at the front desk was the best, she welcomed us not like customers but like family. And this kind of warm reception is what elevates a hotel to the next level :-)
Nice mini vacation at they Hyatt Centric

Very nice hotel. This was my first time at the Hyatt Centric. Thought it was closer to beach but the four block walk was nice. Hotel also has free bikes to ride to beach. Overall, the trip was just what the Dr, ordered,,,peace, happiness and a relaxing environment. Our conceirge was fabulous.

We picked this hotel hoping to recover from a horrible experience we had at another hotel and it did not disappoint!!!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!! Hugo the concierge was absolutely fantastic, so helpful! He even made sure I got my coffee for our long drive back home. Great experience.
