Rooms are nice, roomy. Liked the smaller property in the middle of shops, restaurants, aquarium and Long beach convention center. All walkable. Single older lady felt very comfortable walking between convention center, shops, restaurants i evening. Don't miss the aquarium of the pacific... world class!

We stayed here before embarking a cruise in San Pedro. It was easy to get an Uber to the cruise port. We enjoyed walking around in the morning and had a great stay. Loved seeing the lit-up features at night! Great location for exploring Long Beach and the shoreline.

Friendly staff and bartenders. Fantastic rooms and comfortable beds. But.... I would take a raincheck on this hotel. It has gone down hill. Very foul smelling lobby restroom. Extremely expensive food and drinks. Lack of maintenance to elevators. Poor responses when problems arise. Avoid

Absolutely loved the variety of amenities offered here,especially the multiple features offered through their television services. Beds were soft,water was warm and the room was spacious. Wish it had a microwave and the heater went up higher but that's a personal preference. Staff was absolutely lovely and I'll be staying again,if I'm in the area.

Hotel staff are excellent and very helpful! Some things to be aware of though: If looking for a good view from your room, you may not get it here. Views are obstructed by buildings and many rooms face inner courtyard. Small mini fridge and no microwave. Water pressure is light and can take a little while to heat up. Breakfast is a connected restaurant, which can be a bit pricier, but expect this throughout the city. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel. Just consider the items noted. Read less
