Overall the room was comfortable and the service was good! The service provided by Danna and the rest of the housekeeping staff was excellent. My room was on the 6th floor, any higher will probably be a bit disruptive with the rooftop parties.

The hotel only has ice machines on odd numbered floors so it’s a real project to take an elevator to get ice for your room. The hotel has limited staff so you can’t even get a bucket of ice delivered to your room. Adding insult to injury they overcharged me for pressing a jacket by 33%. Not a very welcoming experience!
