BAD BAD BAD DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT BOOK. ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION ZONE. Men working late at night. I’ve stayed at hotels under construction before - no problem. This place is a wreck. I got to the “reception desk” and expressed my disappointment. I truly did not feel right/safe staying there. The man said (with an attitude) that my reservation would be canceled and I would receive a refund. Now after waiting several days for this to be resolved… I’m told I will not receive a refund. What a joke. They wasted my money. Read less
Not bad

The staff was friendly and quick to greet. Renovations at the hotel limited access to some areas. The casino was good size. The selection of restaurants could be better ... either really upscale of a choice of pastries or Cinnabon. Casino staff was friendly.
Pay to live at a construction site.

Under construction, unsafe and unhealthy environmental conditions. Construction seems to be the only thing that there concern with, and the guest are secondary. Drywall dust, no ventilation, water was shut off one evening, & satellite TV broke down off and on.
Don’t stay while under construction.

Horrible,,,under construction, we were not told when making reservations.. water was out one morning. Couldn’t flush toilets or tak a shower.very dusty..most of the casino seemed walled off. It was a maze of temporary walkways. We went else ware to eat. And play.
We had a great stay

We stayed in the premium King room. Nice clean large room with great views from the 12th floor. The hotel is doing major upgrades with construction throughout but still had a pleasant stay. Recommend Noel’s Coffee across the street and base camp pizza for Happy Hour.
