The staff is exceptional and the accommodations are great. Food is outstanding, and the Boston Cream Pie martini is over the top. Located near many of Boston's highlights - easy walking. Be sure to use public transportation. And view the birds soaring in the morning from your window.

We have stayed at the Omni Parker many times over the years, and it is an excellent hotel. The location, the building, and the staff have always been excellent. A special shout out to Francesco in the Last Hurrah for excellent service. This time we got one of the newly renovated rooms and the updates are beautiful... except... Let's talk about the bathroom! The design is so shockingly bad that it looks like the intern designed it. After all, things don't bode well when the front desk staff warn you at check in about issues with the bathroom. They must have had a number of complaints about the lighting, which was a rather strange set up but was actually the least of our frustrations. The bathroom door has been replaced with a sliding barn door that is mounted a good distance from the wall, resulting in being able to clearly see in/out of the bathroom with the door closed. Hope you are on intimate terms with your roommates, well, you will be… The most stunning misfire is the configuration of the toilet, which is stuck in a gap so narrow that it's an extremely tight squeeze. I was amused on the flight home to note that the airplane bathroom toilet had more space around the seat then the hotel bathroom!! The shower stall is nice, but there are huge gaps all around the door with no seal, which resulted in significant flooding of the bathroom floor after taking a shower. The sink has a fascinating sideways mounted configuration, which was probably a space saving idea, but results in the faucet being 6” away from the beautiful shiny dome drain cap. Which is great until anything lands on the drain cap, because it won’t wash away because the water gets nowhere near it. Read less

We drove up from New York City, so we are no strangers to old and historic hotels. I’ll start with the positives. The front desk experience and check-in process were quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access everything nearby. The rooms were clean, contemporary, and comfortable, although they were a bit small. Now for the negatives. Overall, the hotel felt outdated. We learned upon check-in that there was construction happening on floors 3 to 10. While the rooms were decent and clean with comfortable beds, the bathroom was quite small and lacked hooks for hanging wet towels. I would strongly advise against purchasing their breakfast package, as it is not worth the cost. They charge $40 per person, and you are limited to their American Breakfast, with any additional items costing extra. The American Breakfast itself is around $24, so if you don't fully utilize the credit, you're essentially wasting money. For my son and me, breakfast on the first day cost us $80. We requested a credit for the second day, but they could only reimburse us $69. If it weren't for the friendly staff, I would have given this hotel a lower rating. I suggest updating the lobby and ensuring that the reservation desk is more knowledgeable about packages. Additionally, having a guest representative available to assist with tourist activities, restaurants, and points of interest around town would be beneficial. I appreciate the charm of an old hotel, but overall, this hotel needs to improve and modernize to meet 2025 standards. It felt very outdated. Read less

I would like to thank the Omni Parker staff for their extraordinary exemplary service they provided me. This is a historic, hotel not to be missed next time you visit Boston. It is very close to many of the attraction. Although it is also know for being hunted I had a pleasant sleep.
