A selection of cocktails, drinks and snacks were available in the room for purchase. The water was hot and plentiful in the shower. The staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful at every turn. You really felt well treated! The only thing I would change is the quality of their bathroom towels because the quality of the bathroom towels did not match the quality of the hotel. I want to say again about how sparkly clean it was! I've never been in a hotel so sparkling! Their housekeeping staff must be amazing! This is the hotel I would stay at when I'm visiting Baltimore. And if you're going to the Walters Art Gallery it is just a few steps away. Use the valet parking . They are very friendly reasonably priced and there is no street parking available . Also it has a very nice restaurant on the top floor called topside. And the Speakeasy in the basement which was fun. And a lovely place to have breakfast! Really you want for nothing. We stayed at the Revival for one night this week then left town. The room was nice and my first contact with the staff, Aimee (who texted me before arrival) was very helpful and pleasant. However after arriving at our new destination (Philadelphia) I realized I had left my cooler travel case with my important medication in the room’s refrigerator. I had radiation treatments for cancer a few years ago (cancer gone now) and the radiation caused soft tissue necrosis which has caused various problems too unpleasant to mention since my treatment. The medication was/is treatment for those issues. I reached out to Aimee who offered to have the case and medication ready for pickup or to arrange for shipping. Having left Baltimore, I chose the latter and, of course, offered to pay any cost involved. It was particularly important because I was not going back home for a few more days so couldn’t access other supply, especially because the medication is compounded specially at a compounding pharmacy. Aimee then turned the matter over to Sydney who told me that if I wanted my medication I would have to call FedEx, get a shipping label, email the label to the hotel and call FedEx to arrange for a pickup. I explained to her that as a retired individual I had no account with FedEx and asked if the hotel could arrange for shipment (again, with my paying the hotel, which I even offered to do in advance). Back and forth via text Sydney and I went with her assuring me that they “cannot” do what I ask: “The hotel doesn't have any accounts with any shipping companies. It’s not in our policy unfortunately. -Sydney”. IOW even though a hotel guest who left behind important medication and offered to pay for the shipping the Revival staff could not be bothered to ship it to me cost-free. You can draw your own conclusions about whether that level of service (or lack thereof) makes for a hotel stay you might want to have. Read less

Such a great place to stay. Everything and everyone was above expectations. Homey rooms with comfy beds and pillows. The lobby is welcoming and has many places to sit and enjoy. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay again.
