Most awful experience of a holiday I've ever had. While the staff where so amazing, particularly Hansaka, Imrahn, Rahul, Pradip and Thura, the hotel being lovely and clean, the noise of a night was horrendous, I didn't sleep at all over the sound of constant construction 24hrs a day and can home absolutely exhausted. The all inclusive food lacked in choice and was nearly the same for lunch and evening meal, same 4 fruit served, same same same! The canteen was so overcrowded it was hard to get a seat, and while I understand its not the hotels fault for the rude customers, the shoving and cue jumping was getting ridiculous towards the end of our stay. The entertainment was the same EVERY DAY! Same singer, same violinist and for 10 days became unbearable, thank goodness for the trips we went on to break it up. Literally felt like groundhog day. The pool was tiny and over crowded and wasn't a true representation of the peaceful larger pool portraid in the pictures....and what was that smell? The beach has apparently shrunken since last year too. The sun from the pool area was gone by 3pm and from the beach by 5, I mean, we're on holiday for the sun! Especially in the afternoon where it's cooler to sit in. Its as if the hotel was built the wrong way around. If we hadn't have gone in a group we would definitely have changed hotels. Safe to say, we won't be back! Read less

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, I was really impressed with all the staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter particularly enjoyed the kids entertainment and night time entertainment, in particular the lovely Karina, always smiling and playing with the kids, she was a delight. I would recommend Michael
